Yes, we ONLY do grooming for cats! Please book an appointment for a grooming session.

On your first visit, please ensure your cat is healthy. Your cats will be physically checked by our trained staff and we will suggest for the appropriate package.

Depending on your cats'type of fur. Generally, long haired cats should be groomed once every 2-4 weeks. Shor haired cats should be groomed once every 4-6 weeks.

Grooming time are variable depending on the size, type of fur, cats condition, temperament as well as the services requested. We will do our best to give you an approximate pick-up time. However, if more time is needed we will contact you first and will cotact you once your cats are ready for pick-up.

It is not advisable to wait. Before we begin the grooming session, we will assess the cats'temperament first. It may take minutes or even hours to calm your cats especially the first timers. Most cats are clingy to their owners and might become anxious and stressed if they can’t immediately go to them. To avoid extra stress for the cat, we do not recommend you to stay while your cat is being groomed.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability of slots. For walk in customers, it is recommended to bring your cats early before 1 PM. Howver, it is very recommended to make an appointment first so we can prepare a slot for your cat.

We recommend that you make an appointment. Appointemnts can be made through our website. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

We welcome cats of all sizes and breeds as long as they are not overly aggressive or has health conditions which are not suitable for grooming.

Yes, please bring your cat in a CLEAN cat carrier, so they can be handled and transported easily.
