I recently took my cat over here and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff was kind and professional, making sure my cat felt comfortable the whole time. Her fur is now super soft and fluffy, and they did a fantastic job trimming her nails and cleaning her up. She looks so happy and relaxed! I’m really impressed with the care they provided and will definitely bring her back for her next grooming session. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner!

Dexter is now squeaky clean from head to tail! There's no way I could ever trim his nails by myself, and it always takes me forever to bathe him, dry him off, and clean up the bathroom and his towel afterward. It's such a hassle! And i can tell the girlies really handle him smoothly 👏🏽 Thanks a bunch, ladies! He also loved the cozy spot and extra treats 🤍🦋

My cat is an anxious cat, therefore a bit difficult to deal with for grooming. It takes a lot of patience & experience to bathe this baby boy. But i am so so happy to have found this place for Neko! He was made to feel calm & comfortable, he did not come back home traumatic this time, so it was definitely a positive experience for us. Neko balik rumah clean & wangi, just like the place la. Owner & staff jaga the place nicely, first impression nampak sangat bersih dan tak busuk, it helps to calm cats like mine 😆 I might try the boarding service jugak next time (nampak ada aircond, play area & good ventilation). Will return, thanks guys 👍🏼
